2012 has been a hugely transformative year for me and all of my clients – many of us have had to face our greatest fears and patterns with an eye to release them prior to this change that is coming.

Is the 21^st of December relevant?  I feel yes.  I feel it is the dawning of a new age, a time of beauty and of great movement towards a more enlightened society.  But like any great lasting change this has to come from within.  On the microcosm within each individual the change must come from a heart level and will involve having the confidence to step into a new era of openness and vulnerability and on the macrocosm a population shift that will engage more and more with each other as equals, having greater reverence for the planet and a move into a time of acceptance, love, joy and possibility.

The 22^nd of December this year I feel will look very similar to the 21^st and the 20^th but we will have moved into a new time.  Change is coming, has been occurring and will continue to do so – but my feeling is we must allow for the changes both within and without that will come at the right time to ensure the transition of our society and its individuals are forever held in love and supported during these wonderful times of evolution.

Its time! This is the age we have been waiting for, many believe the changes will come from the end of this year and continue until 2016 and beyond!

Reiki is a wonderful system of healing channelled by Dr Mikao Usui over 100 years ago in Japan that focuses on the balancing and healing of clients on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.

Our physical and energetic bodies are perfect in essence however due to the changing nature of our lives many people feel out of sync with themselves especially when spending much of their time in the modern working environment. My role as a Reiki practitioner is to help bring balance back into my clients lives, using this beautiful process of energetic Reiki healing to empower people to make the decisions and moves needed to live a more fulfilled and joyous life.

Once in a state of balance many of my clients find they are sleeping better, feel less “stressed out”, have a less erratic eating habit and feel a great sense of joy and self-worth and personal power.

It is a such a beautiful process to be a part of and bare witness to and one I am truly thankful for.

Reiki Treatments London. I discovered Reiki 14 years ago and it completely revolutionised my life. At the time I discovered my healing capacity I was working in Public Relations and Event Management two areas of business that involve a great deal of stress and time management. I found that Reiki and other forms of healing benefited my life a great deal during these periods and this is being reflected in many of my clients today who continue to have very positive working lives.

Reiki Attunements London. More than just one on one sessions, as a Reiki Master/practitioner I am able to offer attunements to a number of healing modalities. The basis of much of my learning over the last 14 years has been Reiki and I would advise anyone that feels inclined to becoming attuned to this healing art to do so.

Based in Central London, I work with a combination of Usui Reiki and Pranic Healing and I have been focused on these schools of learning for the last 14 years, my aim is to work with clients to help them feel a greater sense of calm, joy and self worth.

Shekin Ashram was set up 8 years ago as a space for contemplation and growth. It feels like home.

There is a feeling here of complete comfort, oneness and the progression of everyone here is the highest element on the agenda – if there is one!

The space in beautiful, the people loving and the food simply blessed. I can’t help but come back here every 2 or 3 months – it’s the perfect place to take time away from London
