WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a manual therapy that brings extra energy to our body. The practitioner puts his hands on the body and lets the energy flow, which will naturally go to the areas that need it.
Reiki is not a massage, there is no movement and the patient stays dressed.

Reiki resource, relaxes, releases energy blockages, strengthens the immune system, alleviates pain and eliminates toxins from the body. It also aims to refocus us.

It allows us to become aware of our tensions, our blockages, and to develop the process of self-healing. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese Rei (Universal Energy) and Ki
(vital energy present in all living beings). The energy of Reiki is an energy that everyone benefits at birth. But because of our rhythm and our hygyene of life, this close connection between the source and us diminishes.

It is a feeling, a knowledge and a recognition of something deep, pleasant and comfortable.
